There are many home remedies for allergy season. Try out this honey ginger tea.
Ingredients
2 1-inch chunks of fresh ginger
(peeling optional)
2 slices of fresh lemon
1 Teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
1-2 Teaspoon raw local honey
1 quart filtered water
Instructions
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to boil.
2. Add ginger root, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Turn off heat, then add in remaining ingredients.
4. Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Drink warm or cold.
