Ingredients: 2 tablespoons cooking oil2 medium chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces1 ten-ounce package frozen stir fry vegetables½ tablespoon low sodium soy sauce2 cups cooked rice Directions: Heat oil in 9-10″ skillet on high.
