Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup Swerve Sweetener*
1 egg
1 tsp water
1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix until blended.
3) Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Press with fork to make a slight indention.
4) Bake for 10 minutes.
*Can be substituted with other sugar-free sweeteners. Swerve measures and tastes like sugar, so adjust amount of substitute accordingly.
