Workouts for the Stay-at-Home Mom

Being a mom is a full-time job and it can feel like you never have time for yourself. Because of this, many moms find themselves not able to prioritize their health because of their children’s needs. However, it is important to set an example to your children from an early age that health is important and must be prioritized. For stay-at-home moms it can be even more difficult balancing going to the gym with raising children, homeschooling, housework, and life in general. It may seem overwhelming or even impossible to set aside time to work out.
